STS Online Portal
A custom operations portal for a solar panel inspection company, bringing audits, inspections, technical advice, reports and CRM into one React, Node.js and TypeScript system.
STS carried out inspection, audit and advisory work using many separate tools. Reports, project records and client follow-ups were spread across spreadsheets and inboxes.
Miracle started with discovery workshops to map the business flow, internal processes and pain points, then wrote user stories for every role that would use the portal.
We designed the UX and UI from those stories and built a full-stack application, with React and TypeScript on the front end and Node.js APIs for reports, project details and CRM tasks.
With everything in one place, staff stopped switching between spreadsheets and email, and clients now get a consistent service for their solar inspection programmes.
The portal is STS's everyday operating system, used by the team to run the business.
