TIC Mall, an e-commerce and CRM platform where SGS clients discover, request and pay for testing, inspection and certification services in one place.
SGS offers a wide range of testing, inspection and certification (TIC) services across manufacturing, agriculture, technology, healthcare and more. Clients were finding them through scattered PDFs and phone forms.
Miracle provided digital consultation, UX and UI design for a service marketplace, with a clear journey from discovery to certification and a catalogue that clients can actually buy from.
The store runs on WooCommerce with a cart, checkout and online payment, so TIC services can be ordered like products instead of read about in brochures.
CRM integration links every first enquiry to post-certification support, so client information stays in one place instead of separate inboxes.
TIC Mall is now SGS's online service centre, bringing consultation, e-commerce and CRM together.
