Live-action stories explaining electricity supply applications and account name changes for CLP Power customers.
The project
Opening an electricity account or changing the account name is routine for a utility company, but it can confuse customers. CLP wanted short films that made these steps feel simple and human.
Miracle developed the service stories from storyboards, then filmed them on location with a cast, so each process is shown through an everyday situation rather than a list of instructions.
The result is a pair of short live-action films that explain the service clearly and point customers to the digital channel that handles it.
