CLP Power Connect
A series of 2D animations and presentation guides that help NGOs understand the Power Connect beneficiary programme and how to apply.
The project
Power Connect is a CLP community programme delivered with NGO partners. The eligibility rules and application categories are detailed, and frontline staff need to explain them consistently to many different households.
Miracle created a 2022 video series in which characters and graphics walk NGOs through the programme and the application process step by step.
Alongside the animations, supporting presentation guides help frontline staff explain the different application categories in their own briefings.
