CUHK 2026–2030 Strategic Plan
Miracle created the website, strategic-plan booklet and homepage promotional film for The Chinese University of Hong Kong’s 2026–2030 Strategic Plan. The project combines a three-language website, a 24-page booklet and a short-form video introduction to the university’s vision and five TIGER priorities.

01 / The project
A five-year vision,
brought together.
CUHK 2026–2030: Leaping to Greatness sets out the university’s direction for the next five years. The brief called for a digital presentation that could bring together its institutional vision, strategic priorities and supporting content for students, staff, alumni and partners.
Over three months, Miracle delivered the plan’s website, its booklet and the promotional film featured on the homepage. Each piece serves a different way of reading the plan: the website for exploring, the booklet for reading it through, and the film for a quick introduction.
02 / The challenge
Make the detail
easy to explore.
The plan brings together five interconnected priorities and a substantial amount of long-form content. The design needed to make that structure easy to follow on desktop and mobile, while supporting English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. It also needed a practical way for the project team to manage content as the plan developed.
03 / Website design & development
Clear paths into
the TIGER’s Leaps.
We organised the experience around an introduction to the plan, its wider context and the TIGER’s Leaps. A dedicated hub leads to five strategic-priority pages.
The website brings together leadership messages, the university’s identity and future priorities, strategy content and downloadable plan documents. Responsive layouts and clear navigation connect these sections across desktop and mobile.

Built to be managed
Three languages.
One editing workflow.
Behind the public site, a content management system supports three-language page editing, imagery, video, strategy cards and downloads. A CMS user guide documents the editing workflow for the project team.
04 / Strategic-plan booklet
The plan,
page by page.
Alongside the website, Miracle designed the strategic-plan booklet: a 24-page publication that presents CUHK 2026–2030: Leaping to Greatness as a document readers can work through from cover to close, from the opening message to the five priorities in detail.
The layout shares its visual language with the website. The university’s purple and gold, campus photography and a colour-coded system for the TIGER’s Leaps make each of the five priorities easy to recognise wherever it appears, on screen or on the page.
The booklet is also published as an online flipbook linked from the website, where readers can turn its pages in the browser, zoom into detail, share it or download it to read offline.

Leaping to Greatness!
Miracle also produced Leaping to Greatness!, the promotional film embedded on the strategic-plan homepage. The film introduces the five-year plan in a short screen format, complementing the more detailed information available across the website.
Presenting the film within the site connects the project’s video and digital work in one place. Visitors can watch the introduction, then explore the plan and its five priorities at their own pace.
