A report that opens like a story.
Hysan’s Annual Report 2025 is themed “Set to Thrive – Charting New Heights”, focusing on the expansion and rejuvenation of Lee Gardens in Causeway Bay.
Miracle created the report’s online edition: a focused website that introduces the theme and its strategic pillars, then leads readers to the full report, its sections and the Sustainability Report. Design, development and motion were completed in four weeks.

Charting new heights, in motion.
The opening screen animates the theme: the title draws in beside an illustrated skyline whose buildings rise in the report’s palette of gold, rose, sage and blue.
A full-width slideshow then moves through the Lee Gardens story, pairing each strategic pillar with photography of the district: Home of Luxury Flagships, Trendsetter, The Green Centric and Enhanced Walkability.
